International Trade Centre is a good place to begin. Coverage begins in 2000 or 2001.

For more detailed breakdowns, and earlier years (back to 1962), try UN Comtrade. For a "cheat sheet" illustrating a sample search, see the attached file. 

For OECD countries, go to OECD iLibrary, select Statistics and look for "Statistics on International Trade in Services" or "International Trade by Commodity Statistics".
