In general, use the Find It Journal Linker to find out if JHU subscribes to a newspaper or journal via a database subscription.

The following are shortcuts to some popular journal/media websites. These require current JHU credentials (JHED login):

Discount or free subscriptions for current Hopkins affiliates*:

Financial Times:  JHU affiliates can register for free FT Online content via the Financial Times Digital Edition. The first time you click on the link, you'll need to create an individual account using your JHU email. After that, use the link in the upper middle of the FT page to login with that information.

New York Times:  Discount subscriptions are offered to the New York Times (digital, print or both). You must have a email address to qualify. More information

Washington Post:  Discount subscriptions are offered to the digital version of the Washington Post. You must have a email address to qualify. More information

*Hopkins alumni can set up alumnus email accounts (which will also have a .edu address) and then apply for access to the newspapers above.
