Two databases that track terrorist incidents by country, type of incident, fatalities, etc., and allow downloading to Excel are:

RAND Database of Worldwide Terrorism Incidents

WorldWide Incidents Tracking System
This is a database of terrorism incidents maintained by the U.S. govt's National Counterterrorism Center.

You'll find these databases listed on the Library's Statistics Guide and its Strategic Studies Guide.
