Answer

There is not a terminal in SAIS Library. Here are the locations of Bloomberg terminals available to SAIS DC students:

  • The Washington Library Resource Center (WLRC) on the ground floor of the Bernstein-Offit Building (BOB) at 1717 Massachusetts Ave. NW (2 terminals)
  • The Learning Commons on the 3rd floor of BOB (1 terminal)
  • The Carey Business School suite at 1625 Massachusetts Ave, 1st floor (1 terminal)

Click here for hours of the WLRC, but note that the Bloomberg terminals are accessible the following hours, even if the WLRC is closed:

Monday through Thursday: 11 am - 7 pm
Friday: 11 am - 5 pm.

When BOB is open, but the door to the WLRC is locked, present your JCard and sign in with the guard in the lobby of the building to gain access to the terminal.

For Bloomberg help, speak with a librarian at the WLRC and/or see the Research Guide to Bloomberg, including options for online help.
