Answer is available in full only to individuals who have purchased the textbook International Economics: Theory and Policy. The textbook's publisher offers several plans for access to this service, and some additional content is available without charge on the website, but the service is not available to libraries or institutional purchasers.

Note that a number of other economics texts offer similar arrangements to individuals.
