Answer

JHU Libraries subscribe to a terrific resource, World Constitutions Online, through the HeinOnline databases.

In addition to the current constitution for each country of the world, you'll find previous versions, English language translations, important related texts, related scholarly articles and commentary, and a bibliography of select constitutional books available elsewhere.
