Did you get a Permission Denied page after trying to access databases with your JHED ID / password?
If currently registered or employed:
- Go to my.jhu.edu
- Sign in with your login id and password.
- Click on the “My JHED” tab.
- In the section headed “JHED functions,” click on “change MyInfo."
- If not already set to "SAIS Campus," change your "Primary Campus" to "SAIS Campus" and save your settings.
If you've already graduated, your off-campus access will cease to work. See Alumni Services for more on resources for alumni.
