Answer

Did you get a Permission Denied page after trying to access databases with your JHED ID / password?

If currently registered or employed:

  • Go to my.jhu.edu
  • Sign in with your login id and password.
  • Click on the “My JHED” tab.
  • In the section headed “JHED functions,” click on “change MyInfo."
  • If not already set to "SAIS Campus," change your "Primary Campus" to "SAIS Campus" and save your settings.

If you've already graduated, your off-campus access will cease to work within a week after graduation day.

Still having trouble?  Email saishelp@jhu.edu and provide as much detail as possible.
