Answer

There are many readers and mobile devices used to read electronic books nowadays.  Each reader and the publishers of ebooks have various instructions for downloading ebook texts to their devices.  The Eisenhower Library has a guide to Ebooks that has a good page listing the many types of devices and links to setting up downloads.
